NICE room-mate wanted in Westmount

Hey there! I am travelling the world and my room-mates and I are looking for a new nice, clean room-mate ;-)

This is a lease-transfer until June 30th, 2020!

A 10 min walk to Metro Atwater and a stone's throw away from Park King George and Parc Westmount. Furthermore, you are just 2 minutes away from Avenue Greene with Starbucks, a supermarket, a drug store and other shops. I love the area, it is close to downtown, but yet quiet.

Costs:
- Rental: 685$ (you are entitled to the biggest room -17m2! ;-)
- Washing machine/dryer, stove, dishwasher, fridge, freezer, AC all included!
- Since we moved in this summer, the future renter will take over a fair share of the furniture, kitchen utensils we bought together (239$)
- We have 500MB Optic Fiber Internet from Bell (22$ per person)
- Hydro Westmount bill for electricity and heating was 16$ per person per month in summer (we have not been there in winter yet)
- Furniture can be purchased (optional)
