FURNISHED ROOM TO RENT IN THE WINTER SEMESTER ON THE « PLATEAU »

I rent my room from the beginning of January to the end of April. The room is part of a 6 ½ furnished, compound of 4 rooms, 2 bathrooms, one utility room and a small balcony. The appartement is all furnished with a dishwasher, a washer and a dryer.

My room is completely furnished: queen bed, desk, huge cupboard with a bracket and a wardrobe.

You will share the appartement with two of my french roommates who study in HEC (business school) and a Belgian boy who study at Poly. They speak french and english. The appartement is perfect for you if you study at Udm, HEC, Poly, Concordia, Uqam or Mcgill.

The apartment is situated on Bullion street, in the heart of the “Plateau”, it's a very quiet street. It is located 5 minutes from the subway station Laurier (orange line) and 7 minutes from the subway Mont-Royal station (orange line also). 2 minutes walk from the 51 bus stop, which is going directly to HEC, to Université De Montréal and Polytechnic University. 5 min walk from the bus line 30 et 55.
Many supermarkets, restaurants, bars, night clubs and stores nearby.

The monthly price of the room is $653 all inclusive (heating, electricity, gas and internet). AVAILABLE FROM JANUARY 1ST TO APRIL 30TH.
