Great apartment on two floors with four bedrooms, two baths and an extra toilet, a nice practical kitchen going into a big opened space living room. The apartment has been fully renovated last year, it includes all the appliances (dishwasher, washing machine and dryer). There is a balcony on both sides.
The apartment is located in « Le village », close to Sainte Catherine street and certainly everything you need : groceries, depanneurs, banks, SAQ, pharmacy, post office etc. Calm and easy living neighborhood with lots of restaurants and bars. It is 4 minutes away from the Papineau metro station, you’ll be at UQAM in less than 10 minutes, McGill in 15 and Condordia in 20.
The rooms are half-furnished (possibility to buy the bed for a good price), really quiet and gets nice light during the day. It goes for 455$ plus charges that are around 35$ a month throughout the year for Internet and electricity.
We’d like to have a real home feeling, sharing the fridge and meals when possible. We’re chill, clean and easy going. People are welcome anytime as we like to have people over. Moving in date flexible.

Les chambres sont meublées en partie (possibilité d’acheter le lit pour un bon prix), la pièce est illuminée la journée et calme.
Le loyer s’élève à 455$ (+Charges) qui sont autour de 35$/mois, moyenne de l’année avec l’hydro et internet.
L’ambiance d’une collocation soudée est importante pour nous, nous partageons autant que possible le frigo et les repas, nous vivons tranquillement, toujours propre et facile à vivre.
