Great room available in the Loft on Irving building for move in starting July 15th. (First month's rent and two security deposits required) Apartment building is located one block from the Halsey L train.

This apartment is a duplex-two stories (better privacy!) with 2 bedrooms on the first floor, a kitchen, dinning area, and bathroom. On the second floor is a living room/tv lounge and three bedrooms (all are private). Overall the apartment has 3 bathrooms (you would be sharing a bathroom with only 1 other female roommate).

Your bedroom is on the 2nd floor, is a good size, and comes pre furnished with a bed, nightstand, desk, and bureau. You also have your own private closet for storage right outside the bedroom if you need it. We are looking for someone that is clean, quiet and respectful. No animals, or couples please.
