Two rooms in nice flat on le plateau

Hey everyone

we have two available rooms starting January 1st. We, that means Francois (french, 24 years old, doing his Masters at Mc Gill) and me (german, 23 years old, on an internship). We speak French and English :)
The flat is on rue St. Dominique, between Rue Rachel and Duluth, which means everything is really near, bar, clubs, grocery stores, drugstores etc. etc. The next bus stop is two minutes by foot and the next metro circa 10 min by foot (orange line).
The two rooms are fully furnished, one is with window (495$), one is without one (475$),but a window is right in front of the room door, so it's easy to get fresh air inside!
Everything is included in the rent. There is no minimum length of lease.
We have a living room with a dinner table, two cozy sofas and a tv, a nicely equipped kitchen, and of course a bathroom ;) We also have a washer and a dryer.
We are looking for someone who's interested in cooking together sometimes (we like brunchs :) or just having a chat over a cup of coffee or tea. Occasionally we throw a little party, but we also have periods where everyone is busy with studying.
