We propose you two rooms in a lovely 4 persons apartment right in the heart of Montreal, at the cross betwin Saint-Dominique and Des Pins.

Neighborhood : All amenities close by : 24/7 convinience stores and supermarkets, bus stop (100m) and metro Sherbrooke station (7min walking).

The appartment is very bright, access to a common courtyard, comfortable balcony, roof access, equipped kitchen, spacious living room and internet access.
The apartment and the rooms are all furnished, just need tyo bring your own chill decoration. About ourself : we are two 21’s french girls Ibticem Lamendour is studying law at UQAM and Garance Lafarge substainable development at UDEM.

The smallest room is at 400$ and the other big one is at 600$.

We just arrived in MTL, from France, last august. We are enthusiastic and open minded, we like to party during the week ends though we are calm during week time.
We like to share conversations and meals in a chilly atmosphere. Moreover the appartment communicates a lot with the neighbors who are very nice !

We want to improve our english and to discover new cultures that’s why we are looking for international roommates.
