I am a 27yo professional, working as digital project manager in a pharmaceutical company. I am from france and I just arrived in NY.

I must have visited 35 apartments and this one is just the only one i want to live in. its perfect, busy but quiet area, amazing rooftop and bright apartment.

Here are some of the characteristics :

5th floor walk-up.
*Open kitchen with a bar
* Dishwasher and microwave.
* Each bedroom has closets. One bedroom is Queen size, the second one is Full size.
*Marble bathroom.
*Hardwood floors
*Very bright apartment
Rooftop with mesmerizing views will host your July 4th and or birthday parties.
Responsible and very friendly live-in super.

I am clean, kind and social, and I am looking for a chill person to take the second room. I am really openminded, there are no real requirements other than that you can keep common areas clean!

Please do not hesitate to email for more info. I am looking for someone to move in starting Feb 1st at the latest.
