Room for rent! Nice and new apartment near concordia(looking for roomie!)

Hi I am currently going into my second year at Concordia, I am an easy going person. I love to cook and keep things clean and organized. I am open to trying new things and would like someone who is the same, as I like hot yoga, thrifting, markets, and walking Duke. Duke is my childhood dog which lives with my brother in Mtl but I would love to be able to babysit him in my apartment sometimes. I want someone will be very dedicated to there studies but still know balance and self care!

I am renting a two bedroom on Mackay, looking for someone to move in end of August-start of September, dates are flexible. The apartment comes with everything inculcated, such as in unit washer dryer, balcony, gym, and out door patio/pool. The rent will be around $1200.
