Nice and furnished room for great price at Broadway & Myrtle
I have a room available immediately for 3 months at an awesome location: Broadway and Myrtle, alive 24/7 and so close to the city, 15min from lower east side and chinatown, 25 minutes from midtown.
The room is bright and nicely furnished, the roommates are really nice, and the apartment is very clean.
I'm looking for someone who is use to having roommates and sharing the space. Definitely needs to be very clean and tidy.
The rent is $1000 including all charges(heat, electricity, Wifi) and the furniture, so it s a pretty good deal as I just need the room filled for 3months and do not try to make money of this situation.
