Dear mysterious user,

You can have your own (unfurnished) bedroom, bathroom, dressing, and parking spot 15 min away from the beach. You would also share a spacious living room and fully equipped kitchen with only one person: me.

- Rent is $1000 a month. Utilities $75 (gas, water, power, internet)
- $830 deposit required
- Move-in Oct 7th.
- No one-year lease. You just pay online monthly.
- The management company checks your credit.
- No couples, no pets, no drugs. no smoking.

A little bit about myself:
Moved from France to LA 6 years ago. I work in advertising. Mainly doing music and sound design for movie trailers (Shazam, MIB, Avengers...).
I sometimes travel the world for some gigs (just wrapped up the Porsche Taycan world release in China).
Overall, I'm a discrete and calm person... and I cook French food pretty well.

If you want to visit, just shoot me a message the day before.

Also, you can negotiate some furniture with my previous roommate if needed. You can probably get the bed and a few shelves for $200.
