need roommate ASAP!!

I am looking for someone to move into the other room in my apartment starting ASAP until April 22 (lease can be extended). Preferably a student because I am going into my second year at the University of Toronto. The rent is $1375 plus hydro. I am covering internet and tenant's insurance. A parking spot and locker is also included in the rent. We have an outstanding view of the city and the unit is located on the 43 floor. The unite is beautiful and has a gas stove and a barbecue hookup on the wrap around balcony. Everything but your bedroom is furnished. Please message me asap if you are interested!!! Female or male.
