Need Female Roommate for Beautiful East Village 2BR/2BA, Available NOW

THE APARTMENT
I'm looking for a female roommate to take over one bedroom in my beautiful 2 bedroom, 2 bathroom apartment in East Village (on Avenue A & 9th St) in Manhattan, New York.

Other features include:
- your own bathroom
- substantial privacy, as the bedrooms are located on opposite ends of the apt
- washer & dryer in-unit (a luxury in this area)
- a dishwasher
- hardwood floors
- exposed brick
- a gorgeous spacious living room/kitchen area that's already furnished.

LOGISTICS
- Move-in date: February 1st (2/01/17) or sooner
- Monthly rent: $1,850, and you would be signing for a 1-year lease as a co-tenant
- Utilities: ~$60/month for electricity, gas, and internet (water and heat are covered by the building)
- Application process: $75 application fee. If you're approved and want to sign, then you would be responsible for first and last month's rent and a security deposit equal to one month's rent upfront (standard requirements in NYC)

THE AREA
East Village is an awesome place to live, especially if you're in your 20's-30's. There are countless good restaurants and bars just a few blocks away, such as all the Momofukus along 1st Avenue, Ippudo, Miss Lily's, Upstate, Big Gay Ice Cream, Van Leeuwen, McSorley's, Death & Co, Angel's Share, and many more. There's also much more besides restaurants and bars, such as Nuyorican Poets Cafe, The Public Theater, Webster Hall, and numerous vintage shops. Additionally, my apartment is located right on Tompkins Square Park, so it's also easy to also take a break from the the monotony of buildings when you need to. Transportation-wise, I'm close to the L, 6, and F subway trains.

FUTURE ROOMMATE
I'm a twenty-something female professional, and I work in finance in Midtown. I was born and raised in California (the Bay Area), and I moved to NYC and this apartment last February. I've loved my experience living in the apartment so far, so that's why I'm staying and looking for a new roommate to take over the other bedroom.
