Renting a room in 3 Bed 2.5 Bath condominium at Westover Plantation - Female applicants only! Place is on Buckhead/Midtown border. 15 Mins from GA Tech, 20 mins from GSU & Emory! Two rooms will be available so you'll have your choice of the two! Common areas are already furnished but youll be responsible for providing your own bedroom furniture. Bathroom is shared with one other person. Utilities not included but average just under $100 every month. A little bit about me I am a young professional (9-5 type job), female, non-smoking. No drugs, clean and very easy to get along with. I love cooking, working out, painting, doing makeup, basically - my interests are all over the place. I'm super outgoing and am hoping to find a roommate who will be more of a friend than someone who I share a roof with! My pup is a very sweet Chihuahua named Rex (he's not one of the crazy ones) ;) If you're not a dog person, it's just better that you don't apply.... #itsthatserious
