Apartment itself is huge : 2 big living rooms, 3 bedrooms + 1 guest room, and 2 little balconies to enjoy the sunny/snowy afternoons.
and fully equipped : washing machine, dryer, hoven, fridge, home cinema, american pool-table, and video projector.

Your room has a big wardrobe for your clothes, a desk, a window, a double size bed and a sofa.

Across the street you have the metro station Sherbrooke! This is one of the most central metro station of Montreal. There are many pubs, restaurants and places to go out within the area. Bixi stations as well and supermarkets.

We are preferably looking for a girl, who works, and who is easy going.
We speak English and French.

PS : Since we bought all the furniture ourselves, the deal is to give a deposit to the person who is leaving, and so on (when you leave).
