Seeking for the perfect roommate to share a beautiful and totally furnished 2 bedrooms apartment in the heart of Le Plateau. In a walking distance that you can’t beat: 20 sec from Laurier station (start thinking about the snow next winter!), 2min30 walk from Mont Royal station (orange line) / Bus #51 straight to UdeM/HEC

#THE APARTMENT
Recently renovated. Ground floor of a duplex with a large private backyard, nice hardwood floors and high ceilings.

- Your room: very nice and super clean, coming with a queen size bed /bed sheets/blanket, 2 nightstands and 2 bedside lamps, closet, chair and a window overlooking the quiet backyard!
- If you need extra space to work or to study, there's a vacant room that you can use for NO extra charge (you'll have to bring your own desk though), if not, we'll use that space to practice gym (I might do that, there's an exercise bike at home) or to iron clothes (I won't do that, the last time I touched an iron was back in the 90's ...)

- fully equipped kitchen/dining-room (stove, fridge, dishwasher, coffee maker, kettle, toaster, microwaves ... washer and dryer are coming Oct. 1st. Until then, there's a Laundromat 2min walk from here)
- living-room with apparent brick wall, convertible couch—convenient for friends who are visiting—SmartTV (movies versus wildlife documentaries?)

- bathroom w/ bathtub
- private access to the large and quiet backyard—table, chairs, barbecue—where you'll can chill

- You have a full-time job or you're studying hard

- You're easy-going!, very clean and mature

- I do not care if you're vegan or whatever else but no pets allowed
- If you notice before me that we'll soon be short of toilet paper, you go and buy it
