Mile-end Quiet Street 450/550$+utilities

Hi, my name is Xiaoxiao. I'm looking for a roommate to share this 2-bedroom apartment in the mile-end with me.

The apartment is located on Clark, between Bernard and Van Horne. It's very quiet and at the same time you are close to everything you need -- best cafés, record stores, book stores, vintage stores as well as the grocery store PA are just steps away. It is also very close to the bus stops of 55 and 80.

The living room and the dining room are very spacious and bright. Very nice front yard in the summer. laundry on set. There is also a basement for storage.

THE ROOM:
There are 2 options for bedrooms:
A: Big bright room in the front, very sunny. 550$/month + utilities.
B: Smaller room at the back. Quiet and comes with a big built-in closet. The window of the room leads to a small office space which can be yours too. It could be a great video editing room or a reading room. 450$ + utilities.

Utilities including hydro/heat/hot water/ high speed internet comes at around 100$/month/person.

Your room can be furnished.

MYSELF (YOUR ROOMMATE):
I'm 29 years old, female. I'm originally from China, and I work in the field of film/photo. I could be very busy when there is an on-going project, otherwise, I will try to keep myself busy. I'm pretty easy to get along with and I always enjoy a good conversation between roommates. I'm quite open and curious to your interesting stories.

MY IDEAL ROOMMATE:
I'm looking for someone calm, mature, who is looking for a place to live at but not just a bedroom to sleep in. If you speak French, you'll get extra points, and I can help you learning Chinese if you want to.
