Looking for new roommate, preferably a girl, must love cat (he's an adorable,friendly loving furball), some cat-sitting involved because I travel regularly.
Someone clean and relatively quiet, can have friends over for dinner, dining room fits 6-8 people.
Rooms are far from each other so lots of privacy, kitchen/dining/living room all open space so little privacy there. Your has closet and wardrobe, all extra storage space in apartment and basement.
Very luminous, I've improved the decor (blinds, kitchen apparel,...) since these pictures ;)
Preference for someone working late hours and/or weekends.
