It is is probably among the most beautiful and affluent neighborhoods of the Bronx, with close access to the Wave Hill gardens, supermarkets, libraries, and restaurants. It's conveniently located right off the highway and near the 1 train and local buses (the Metro North stops in Riverdale, too)-- so it's extremely easy to get out of the city and to places like Bear Mountain State Park. Seeking a room-mate (male or female) for immediate move in.
