Absolutely LOVE the place - just that I'm moving to SF for a new job. **

About the Apartment
- The apartment is centrally located in Midtown East (corner of 46th St and 2nd Ave), 7-min walk to Grand Central. Easy access to subway lines 4, 5, 6, 7, S, and Metro North. With United Nations steps away, it is one of the safest neighborhoods in the city.

- The apartment is newly renovated with a luxury finish: complete remodeling of kitchen and bathroom, as well as dark strip plank wood flooring throughout. More concretely, it features quartz counter tops, stainless steel appliances, contemporary bathroom, and large living room space.

- The monthly cost of utilities (i. e. electricity) and ultra-fast internet (200 Mbps) is around $50 per person.

- There are elevators, washers/dryers, garage, and 24/7 doorman in this building. Duane Reade is right downstairs. Lots of great restaurants and a few supermarkets nearby (e. g. Morton Williams & Amish Market steps away, and Whole Foods 10-min walk away). We also have the kitchen fully equipped, together with ample silverware.

About the room
- Bedroom 2 in the floor plan will be yours. This room with 3 window panels has plenty of light, individual A/C unit and centralized heat.
- A large walk-in closet exclusively for you outside of the room.
- The room can comfortably fit a queen-sized bed, a desk and chair, and a dresser.

About Us
- Guy in Bedroom 1 works at a top law firm in midtown, and the other guy in Bedroom 3 is a third-year law student in NYC.
- Both are easygoing, cheerful, clean, organized, and considerate. Due to the nature of their work, they are away from the apartment a lot of the time.

About You
- We are looking for an individual who is easygoing, clean, organized, considerate, and financially stable. There is an expectation of all roommates to keep noise down at all times.

House Rules
- Quiet hour is 11:00pm - 8:00am.
- No party, loud music, random guests (read: hookups) in the apartment.
- Clean up kitchen and do the dishes promptly after use.
- Keep common area (bathroom particularly) clean.
- Pay rent and utilities on time.
- Keep your bathroom time under 30 min for each use.
- Split reasonable amount of expenses (e. g. maid cleaning service in the common area, essential household goods.)
