Astoria sublet available starting MARCH 1st. Would like a long-term commitment.
This is an unfurnished 1 bed in a 3 bed/1 bath. Nice BIG space with large closet: 14' x 8'. Big window with afternoon sun. Nice and quiet.
$715/month includes utilities. $1430 due at move in (First + Last months' rent + utilities)
We're at 14th St. & 27th Ave. Lots of good stuff nearby: Astoria Park two block away (FREE pool), Socrates Sculpture Park w free yoga classes and movies a few blocks south, groceries up the street, great cafe and bar with a courtyard on the corner.
2 nice ladies in their early 30s live here. Both work in theater, and are pretty quiet, totally nice, and drama free. We like to be friendly; we occasionally share food or go out to shows and the like. Looking for a woman who is:
- Friendly, flexible, and clear with roommates.
- Understands when, how, and why to pitch in and take care of an apt.
- Non-smoker
- Without pets
