The apartment is a gorgeous 6 1/2, totally furnished sublet that includes a washer, dryer, and dining room. We are subletting from a very kind human who has stylishly furnished the place.

$583 includes all utilities including internet. Your room comes with a large queen bed, a dresser, bureau, and a huge closet. The room is off of the living room, so you get nice sound privacy from the other bedrooms. West-facing windows for great winter light!

The neighborhood is quiet with so many parks! My current roommate and I are taking COVID-19 very seriously and work from home. We love to crochet and knit and watch movies in the evening. We're medium-clean and love to make new friends.

Hi, I will be studying in Montreal in September 2021 and I would like to share and appartement with someone. I'm French but I speak English quite good. Will the bedroom still be available from August 2021 to June 2022 ?
