Looking for three roommates on the Upper West Side

My three roommates are going to grad school and I am three new people to join me in this 4-bedroom Upper West Side apartment starting August 1.

We are two blocks from Columbia and minutes away from the B,C, and 1. We have a small shared weight room and shared roof with a beautiful view of St. John's Cathedral and the midtown skyline. Extremely responsive super and mostly quiet neighbors. Two bathrooms, recently renovated.

Me: A public defense investigator, 25, extremely clean, respectful, and generally v quiet except for weekend nights when I sometimes gather with vaccinated friends on the roof or in the living room. Inclusive, communicative, responsible

You: Anyone of any identity who is neat and respectful. Mid-20s preferred. Students or professionals equally welcome. I don't care what you do for work but if you work at Raytheon or Exxon or something like that, we probably won't vibe.

Rooms from $1300-1585 depending on size. Gas and water included in rent.
