Looking for Roommates in Downtown Montreal
I am a female Concordia student looking for rommates to share a 5 1/2 apartment lease. The lease is for 12 months from July 1st, 2016 to June 30th, 2017. The apartment is located 5 minutes walking distance from Concordia, off of St. Mathieu and St. Catherines and is close to lots of grocery stores and shops. The rent is $460 a month, heating included and hydro, gas and internet is approximately $50 a month. Washer and dryer are located in the building. I am a clean, tidy, respectful and friendly person looking for laid back roommates to share a clean apartment.
