LOOKING FOR ROOMMATE FROM AUGUST
Hi girls! We are looking to rent one of the spot in the 2 rooms in our spacious 2bed/2bath apartment in WestLA/Santa Monica. The vacancy will be from the month of JULY. The rent in $500 a month plus utilities ($20 even less in total a month).
Looking for one new nice, clean and easy-going roommates to share a big apartment with 3UCLA/UCLA Extension students (all in their 25s). The roommate you would share the room with is in her 25s, UCLA student, amazing cooker, polite, sporty and fun...we are looking for someone respectful, friendly and clean! NO smoker or party in the house, but totally in for movie nights or dinners.
The apartment is in a perfect location, between Westwood and Santa Monica, you are half away between the Ocean and UCLA/Beverly Hills.
We are between Wilshire and Santa Monica Boulevard, walking distance from: Starbucks, Rhalps, CVS, Ross, Smart&Final, main banks, LA Fitness and a lot of diners. Close by the bike path that leads to the Ocean on Broadway. Also, all bus stops for Metro and Big Blue Bus are around the corner. The apartment is furnished, with tools, flat tv, wifi. The room is unfurnished but a desk and chair and a twin bed is on sale if interested.
