Looking for Roomates For Sept. 1 Somerville

Just signed for a BEAUTIFUL five bed, 2 bath in Somerville close to Porter square. It has dishwasher, big front porch, washer/dryer, nice big, modern kitchen with granite countertops and stainless steal appliances, good sized rooms, etc. It's located on a quiet street so parking won't be an issue. Total is $3,900 a month.

We have 2 people total as of right now, we're just looking for 2 - 3 more. If we get 5 people total, then rent would be $780, instead of the $975, pp not including hot water and electric (which is great!!). Also, one of the rooms is smaller than the others so whoever gets that room will pay less than the rest.

Move-in is first, last, brokers, security (split between all of us) and a $50 application fee. Message me know if you're interested. I'd be happy to ask my realtor to show you the place :)
