Looking for a roommate to join our williamsburg loft dec 1 or dec 15

Looking for a roommate to live with us in our gorgeous loft in South Williamsburg starting December 1st or December 15.

The apartment:
Right off Bedford Ave and the Williamsburg Bridge, this 2nd floor walk-up apartment is located between the Bedford L and Marcy JMZ trains. 3600 sq. ft. with seven bedrooms, two bathrooms, two fridges, storage space in the back, and rooftop access. It's a beautiful industrial-style loft with high ceilings, exposed brick, exposed beams, hardwood floors, huge kitchen, chalk board wall, space for your bike(s), plants, record player, huge windows and tons of light. We also have a washer and dryer in the unit. We also have a baby grand piano and a projector that we use in place of a TV.
Each roommate signs an individual lease with the landlord, so you are only liable for your share of the rent and bills. The room that is available rents for $1,525 per month, plus utilities, which cost around $150 per month. The room has one large window, high ceilings, a huge closet, and several power outlets, exposed brick, and a beautiful view of the williamsburg bridge across the street.
There is a grocery store 6 blocks away, a gym 4 blocks away, a liquor store 2 blocks away, a late night pizza place 1 block away, and a friendly bodega right next door to the pizza place.
Easy Street Parking is also available.

Us:
We are a community of three girls and four guys, all in our mid-twenties to mid-thirties. We are all employed in some way, ranging from PR and marketing professionals to social workers and professional musicians. We are quite a diverse group, with more than half of us coming from foreign countries. We are independent, laid-back and have our own lives and groups of friends but enjoy hanging out with each other as well. Bathroom wait times are surprisingly not an issue, as we all have different schedules. Living in a household with seven people sounds like a lot but we are all really respectful of each other and the space is so big that it doesn't feel crowded at all.

You:
You are a friendly, open-minded individual who is also employed or self-sufficient in some way, shape or form and falls within our age range. You are clean (particularly when it comes to doing dishes) and are willing to do your part to maintain our place (take out the trash, spot clean the bathrooms and kitchen, keep your clutter out of the common areas etc.). You are respectful and friendly with your roommates and enjoy spending time with them. You understand that by living here, you are part of a community and not just an individual renting a room.
Foreigners welcome. No pets are allowed by the landord.
