Spacious sunny room in Richmond.
I’m looking for a responsible, fun, clean tenant to rent a room in a 2 bedroom apartment in Richmond. I’m a 26 years old student.
About the room:
- Large spacious bedroom
- Rent is $950 a month; not including water, internet, trash and utilities. Rent is due every first day of the month.
- One month rent & $950 security deposit.
-Room comes with furniture.
- Carpet floor and beautiful natural light
- Closet that spans the length of the wall with shelves and ample storage space
- Shares a bathroom with one housemate
- Move-in Date: August 1th.

About the apartment:
- lots of room for cooking and quite a bit.
- Large backyard with patio
- Easy (and free!) street parking
- Responsive and great landlord

About the location:
- Great location - 10 minute drive to Berkeley, lots of hiking nearby. - bus stop just a quick walk away from our house, that takes you directly to bart, and Berkeley 15 minutes =)
- Safeway, Trader Joes and shopping center
- Neighborhood is quiet and feels spacious. It's a great place to come home to if you work in the city.
- Very freeway accessible 580 and 80.
- Just a quick Bart ride away from Oakland and Berkeley!
