- 5-minute bus-ride to Brentwood Skytrain
- 20-minute bus-ride to SFU Burnaby, Metrotown, & downtown
-Furnished living room
-Kitchen with stove and microwave
-Dryer but no washer (though willing to negotiate a split on the cost for a small one), closest laundromat is a 5-minute walk.
-Wi-fi and Hydro included (upgrades to internet service can be discussed if desired)
-Private Bath

- Approximately 225 sq ft with an open closet
- Unfurnished

- Recent SFU graduate on the lookout for more, relaxed and helpful and quiet and clean
- Funny sometimes

- No smoking, no pets, no excessive noises at ungodly hours
