Hi there! I have one room available in my 2 bedroom/1 bathroom apartment starting April 15th/May 1st. Flexible with the move in date.
The apartment is fully furnished. Convenient location, right by Joyce Skytrain station and direct 41/43 to UBC. Just 20 minutes to downtown. The building is very secure and the apartment is on the 17th floor with a beautiful view of the mountains!
I looking for someone who can stay for a longer term, at least 4 months.

My current contract ends end of may, but I am willing to stay for more than a year. I am a working professional who is tidy and quiet. I work a lot, so wont be home very much to be honest...
