Less than 1 minute to Q47 and Q18 bus stop which takes you directly to the 69th St, 74th St (Jackson Height/ Roosevelt Ave), and 61st St (Woodside) express 7 train station if you don't want to walk.
Requires a deposit of $750 to sign lease agreement.
