Hi !
My three lovely roommates, Alex, Jeremy and Steve, are looking for someone to live with them in the beautiful and spacious house that we share, as I am leaving them to go back on the East coast at the end of the month! The room is available for April 1st, for 575$/month all utilities included.
THE ROOM
The room is located on the 1st floor of the house, is quite large and gets a lot of sunlight from its two big windows. It is fully furnished (including a very comfy queen size bed).
THE HOUSE
We share a nice 2-floor house, plus an amazing attic on top!, with a large living room, a small kitchen with a gas stove, two bathrooms, a laundry room with washing machine/dryer, and a sunny east-facing balcony. It is located near Victoria and 22nd, about 15-20 minutes walk (or less than 5 minutes by bus) to Commercial/Broadway Skytrain station. You can catch the bus lines 20, 25 and 19 very close to the house as well. There is also many great Vietnamiese and Indian restaurants around on Kingsway, as well as Famous Foods and Save-on-Foods for grocery shopping, a public library, liquor store and neighborhood coffee shop all within just a few blocks away from home.
THE ROOMMATES
You'll live with 3 adorable men in their thirties, all working full-time. One has a background in literature and visual arts and currently works in construction, one has a lovely Irish accent and works in the hospitality industry and construction as well, and a third one works with people with disabilities. They are all pretty laid-back and enjoy cooking, having a beer, watching Netflix, playing video games or reading when they're home. We're 420 friendly and welcome people from all identities and backgrounds!
