What we have to offer is a classic Plateau apartment with all its charm, but updated with modern amenities, style, and exposed brick. The apt is on the corner of Duluth and St Urbain, 15 minute walk from campus, super close to St. Lo, the Plateau, steps from parc Jeanne-Mance, and everything you could ever want. 2 min walk to Segal's. 1 min to dep. 55 bus stop outside the front door. And kitty-corner is Santropol (mmmmm sandwiches)
For features, the apartment has central gas heating, air conditioning, new in-unit washer and dryer, dishwasher, and even more exposed brick. We have a full-size fridge and a mini-fridge for drinks. The apt is on the ground floor and has a back porch and backyard. Its a good size for having bbqs There's also a storage room for suitcases/christmas trees/etc...
