Long Island City Center Blvd Luxury Apartment Available seeking Female Roommate

Hi! Im looking for a female roommate (working professional in their mid 20s-30s) for a 1 bedroom flex /1 bathroom spacious apartment in a new luxury apartment building located on the water in LIC.

Although my roommate is moving out I am very happy with the apartment and would love to find someone to take her place come the end of November. The room available is a big private bedroom equipped with a large closet and windows that overlook the water and NYC skyline.
Rent is $1680/m. Electric/wifi is around $45-50 a person per month in the winter, and around $60-70 a person per month in the summer. All other utilities are included in the rent. (We do not currently pay for cable as we have a smart tv, but I would be willing to add it on).

About me: I'm in my mid 20s and working as a sales coordinator (9-5) in Soho NYC. I like to relax or go the gym after work and hang out with family/friends on the weekends. Looking for someone who is reasonably tidy, respectful and friendly.
