Lease Transfer for Room in Downtown

Hello everybody!

I'm looking to do a lease transfer for my room in this 4 1/2 apartment as from November 28th (though the move in date can be negotiated!) through August 31st, 2022 as I'm moving away.

You'd be living with a kind 34 y/o PhD student at Concordia.

This apartment is an amazing location, two blocks away from Concordia University/the green line/Provigo and one block away from the orange line + many nearby restaurants!

Comes completely furnished and laundry is available within the building. :)
