Large West End 1 Bedroom by English Bay - Furnished

Hello!

I'm looking for a cool/relaxed roommate to share my 1 bedroom West End apartment for September 1st!
You would have the bedroom- the kitchen and bathroom would be shared. The room is furnished with a bed frame, mattress, and lounge chair. The kitchen is fully stocked with almost every kitchen accessory imaginable. My bed is in the living room and I will have it blocked off for the most part but it is a big space and you'll be welcome to hangout there provided you're respectful of my space:)
All utilities are included!
Short term rental is okay with me, 2 months minimum.

The windows are huge and the view is pleasant, there's a shared balcony with two doors one from my side and one from the bedroom. The bedroom also has two large closets.
If you don't need the bed or chair let me know and it may be possible to make other arrangements. \
There is laundry on every floor and an AMAZING outdoor pool area that's open in the summer.

My name's Bailey, I'm in my early 20's, I work in Fashion/Marketing and serve occasionally, and I'm very busy and in and out of the place often. I'm super relaxed and very low maintenance and hoping to find someone with a similar lifestyle, age, and mentality! I really want to find someone who is going to be easy to get along with. I'd love it if we we could be friends but if you just want to do your own thing that's totally fine, as long as you aren't bringing in any negative energy and we can be open and honest with one another.
I have a lot of interests and hobbies and am a very creative and spiritual person, I love to draw and paint and one of my biggest passions is astrology and also more recently astronomy.
