My small room available as guest/reading room six days a week.
Very very well heated in the winter.
Street not too noisy.
Near lots of businesses on Van Horne and Bernard.
Close to lots of parks, the Plateau, and Mount Royal.
9 minutes from Outremont metro station. 6 minutes from the 80 bus (Park Ave.)
Very safe neighbourhood.
Quiet neighbours.
Laundry in basement.
Fast WiFi.
Apartment needs some decorating. I propose doing that together since you’ll spend much more time there than I will.
$740 including everything. ($750 starting in October.)

Roommates:
Nicolaï (age 45) and his daughter Eleonore (age 6) 1-2 days / week max.
Hakim (late 20s.) Professional. So quiet, it’s hard to tell if he’s there or not. He's moving out at the end of the summer, so we can choose a new roommate together.
(Someone will rent my daughter’s room for the summer as we won’t use it.)
In other words, you’ll be sharing the apartment with only one other person most of the time!

Someone serious (but not boring!,) respectful, quiet, and reliable.
Professional, grad student, or other.
Vaccinated.
Non-smoker.
