Hey everyone,

Looking to sublet my current place as I'm moving in with my girlfriend. You also have the option of taking over the lease now or renewing it in September.

It's the largest room in a large 4 bedroom apartment, located at the corner of Bedford Ave and Lexington Ave in Bed-Stuy. Super close to the G (Bedford-Nostrand stop) and about a 7-10 minute walk to the A/C. Getting into Manhattan only takes about 25 minutes. Everything you'll need is within a one block radius, including groceries and fantastic bars and brunch spots (Dynaco, Black Swan, and Pilar Cuban Eatery).

The room is big and can comfortably fit a queen sized bed, a desk, and a dresser, and have room to spare (see photos!). Possibility to come fully furnished. Rent will include all utilities.

We're looking for someone respectful, 420 friendly, and financially stable.

You'll be living with 3 guys all in their mid 20's. One is a masters student at NYU studying Middle Eastern Studies, another is a graphic designer, and the third one works in the film industry. All very awesome people and great to hang out with! We all have pretty busy lives, but whenever we're all free, we like to grab a drink or two together.
