Large, bright room in South End in great penthouse apartment

I'm moving overseas so reluctantly leaving my beautiful room in a great South End apartment.
The room itself is large, with 3 windows overlooking South End, polished wood floors, built in closet space, ornamental fireplace. It is unfurnished. The apartment is the 3 top stories of a brownstone. It's ideally located on the edge of South End and Back Bay, less than 10 minutes walk to Prudential, Mass Ave, and Back Bay t-stops, with great bars, restaurants, cafes, parks, and grocery stores right nearby.
The room is on the 3rd floor, where there is also: 2 other bedrooms, a shared bathroom, a lounge space. On the 4th floor there are 2 more bedrooms, a shared bathroom, and a shared yoga/gym room. On the 5th floor is the large open plan living space with views over the Back Bay and South End, with large kitchen. All common spaces are fully furnished, so you only need bedroom furniture. There is a shared coin-operated laundry within the building.
The 4 other housemates are all over 30 years old, professionals, social yet respectful. The apartment has a great vibe, and we'd be looking to find someone who is also clean, respectful, easygoing.

The room is on an individual 2 year lease, no agent fee. Electricity, cable, and internet are shared between roommates, and monthly cleaning of the common areas is added to the rent- $28 each. It's available from 1st August, but potentially can be open earlier sometime in July if that helps us find the right person. First month, last month, and 1 month deposit required. Also open to selling my bedroom furniture to the person who moves in. Please contact me if you'd like to come and take a look!
