Hey!

I am leaving my room in this great appartment in Greenpoint.
The room is available starting December 22, and for 6 months, extendable.
It is pretty big, and contains 2 closets, so you will always have enough space for your stuff.
The apt. is a duplex on the 3rd floor, with kitchen, living room, dish washer, washing machine and dryer. There are 2 bedrooms downstairs, 4 upstairs. This room is downstairs, so you'll share the bathroom (which has a bath!) with only one roomate (girl).
All the roomates are in their 20s, working, and are easy to live with and respectful. Everything has been going on very well between us so far.
The neighborhood is great: very calm, and still there are good bars, and great places to hang around.
It is 20 mins away from manhattan, 42nd street taking the 7, and 25 mins away from manhattan, downtown, taking the G + L trains.
Also it is the tallest building of the neighbourhood, so the view from the rooftop (which is accessible, and has a barbecue), is great

The rooms is not furnished by the landlord, but I would be more than happy to leave my furniture at a price we can discuss, and you can sell it again when you leave. All of it is only 6 months old, and includes:
- full size bed (bed frame + matress + 2 pillows + blanket + sheets)
- coffee table used as a large size table with 4 big drawers
- nice leather arm chair
- awesome mirror
- some decoration you can see on the pictures
- everything you need for cooking/eating

The price is 1175$ per month + charges (usually ~ 40$).
