Hi guys,

Big room available on May 29th !

I am leaving New York at the end of May. I am looking for somebody to replace me. I am living in West Harlem at 471 Lenox Avenue. The neighborhood is nice and convenient (20mn from Times Square!). The red line (2 & 3 trains) is right next to the apartment and there are two supermarkets and laundromats no more than 5mn away.

Regarding the apartment itself, there is a spacious living room (TV, cable, xbox) and a big furnished kitchen (dishwasher, oven, fridge, microwave). The apartment has wooden floor everywhere. I live with 3 roommates : a 20 years old American girl, a 29 years old American guy and a 27 years old French guy.

The bedroom is the largest and quietest. It comes with a queen size bed, a desk, a closet, a big mirror, a lamp and a night table. There also is an A/C.

The rent $1095/month + utilities (I usually pay $60). It includes internet and cable! The deposit is $1500 but don't worry you get it on back when you leave. The room is available on May 29th.
