Hi!
We're looking for someone to sublet one room in our apartment for june- aug 31.
Room will be furnished with twin bed & garment rack.
2 possible dealbreakers:
1. we have a 12yr old dog ( a Yorkie named Benz)
2. Room is situated where we (my sis and i) needs to walk through your room to go the bathroom. We will most likely be traveling/working so we would be hardly there.
Near 68th and 77th subway stops. ~10mins to Grand Central
Perfect for those interning in the city for the summer!

I'm Jérôme. I'm 30 years old. I'm a primary school teacher in Belgium.
One of my best friends has just picked up a university summer internship in the unity of chemistry on the 69th street in NY (Hunter College). His name is Jules and he is a 22 years old chemistry student.
So, we look for a small housing (furnished) between June 19th and August 15th, 2016.
Do you rent your studio to travelers like us? If yes, I wondered for which price you asked for this period.
Apartments and studios are here cheaper (and sometimes better!) than on websites such as AirBNB for example. It is the reason why we were interested.
We are really respectful and calm people.
Are there additional loads or other expenses ( agency fees for example) ? Or is it the indicate price ?
