JUNE 1ST -- COZY BEDROOM IN 3BR APT IN THE PLATEAU

We're looking for a roommate!
We live in the Plateau between Sherbrooke and Mont Royal stations, beside LaFontaine Park and close to St-Laurent and TamTams.

We're looking for a dog friendly roommate for 1 of the 3 rooms in the apartment.
We're on the ground floor of a triplex with full access to the backyard.

The room has a closet, we can provide a mattress as well, the kitchen is fully equipped, we have a washing machine and you can either dry your clothes in a clothes line in the summer or cross the street and dry them in a laundromat during the winter.

Internet ($20) and Hydro (~ $60/month) aren't included.
We are: a couple working full time, a French student at Concordia and a cuddly Jack Russell.
