Chambre entierement meublée, donc fourni de commode, chaise, miroir et lit double (et très grand placard). Nous sommes 2 colocs qui partageons l'appart et notre 3ieme repars en Allemagne ayant terminé sa session d'échange. Tout est inclus dans le prix, soit connexion internet haut-débit, chauffage, électricité et eau chaude.
La chambre sera libre pour février soit entre le 1er et le 8 dépendement de vos préférences.
Le métro Jean-Talon est a 7 minutes de marche et Fabre est a 3 minutes. Il y a une épicerie au coin de la rue et pharmacie, banque et café a quelques pas. La Plaza St-Hubert et le marché Jean-Talon sont tout près aussi. L'appartement se trouve sur une petite rue bordée d'arbre dans un cartier super calme.

Fully furnished room with dresser, chair, mirror and double bed, with a huge closet. We're 2 rommates sharing the place as our 3rd is returning to Germany after his student exchange. Everything is included; high-speed internet, heating, electricity and hot water.
The room is avaialble for February 1st or 8th depending on your preference.
The appartment is between Jean-Talon and Fabre metro stations, at 7 and 3 minute walks respectively. There's a grocery store and pharmacy on the corner, as well as banks and coffee shops nearby. St-Hubert Plaza and Jean-Talon market are also in easy reach. The appartment is in a quiet tree-lined street in a peaceful neighborhood.
