Hi!
Furnished room (twin bed -, dressers, desk..) in a big duplex at metro Jean-Talon or Beaubien (5-minutes walk) on St-Denis Street, in Little Italy.
All included: heat, hot water, internet, washer, dryer. We are looking for a female roommate to balance the genders (we are 3 guys and a girl).
Really close to the great Jean-Talon market, groceries (metro or IGA) and pharmaprix. 100m from the gas station open 24/7 as a dépanneur too.
The flat is on two levels : bedrooms, kitchen (incl. dishwasher ;) ), dining room, bathroom at ground floor. Nice covered deck in front with sofas, balcony on the back with BBQ and more sofas. There's a concrete backyard on a quiet backstreet. The basement is our playground/home bar, getting prepared for awesome parties!
We'll have a spare room too if you've got some friend coming over.
About us:
We're 3 students and a young worker. We've lived in flatshares for a while and really like it! We like to spend time together, go out and party. Also practice sports, depending on the season, and leave the city sometimes to go hiking, camping, canoeing, snow rackets, enjoy the wild Canada stuff somewhat! We often cook together, invite friends over, chill out.. We're easy to live with and respect privacy.
About you:
Well basically the perfect candidate is someone who wants an active experience of Montreal and appreciate an animated flatshare life. We're looking for someone that stays at least a trimester. We're french speakers but we'd really like an international roommate, like English speaker or whatever. Nonetheless, any "application" will be considered!
