Huge Room with Huge Space in Bay Ridge - March 1 - Utilities Included

Hello everybody!
I am leaving my room in Bay Ridge. I have been living in this room for 7 months and I loved it.
The room is furnished with 2 tables, a queen sized bed, a drawer, and it has a huge storage space. One side of the walls is actually a closet, giving you an enormous space. The room is facing a backyard, meaning that it is always quiet.
Bay Ridge is a very safe and convenient area with all kinds of grocery stores, food (Great food!), gyms, coffee shops and laundries. Basically, you can find anything you need. 86th street is full of major brands.
The room is located on the 83rd Street, and it is 3 blocks away from the R subway station. Changing to the D or the N express trains, it takes 25 minutes train time to go to Downtown Manhattan, and 30 minutes to go to NYU. If you prefer to stay in the local R, it takes 50 minutes.
All the utilities are included. Moreover, a cleaning lady cleans the common area in every two weeks. Netflix is also included.
There are 3 girls living in the apartment now. An actress, a student, and an intern. They are super super nice, and that was one of the major reasons that I kept living here. Also, the landlady is super nice, and very attentive to all your needs.
