Huge Room Near 3/4 in Crown Heights

We're looking for one neat roommate (sorry couples) for our home. We're renting a 3 bedroom, and the largest room is available for rent next month. It's huge, includes a private closet, and the apartment is near everything you need. Several laundromats are nearby, including one on the same block. We're 24 minutes from Union Square, a 20ish minute walk from Prospect Park, and near grocery stores, cafes, and various other little shops. We're just around the corner from the 3/4 and about 15-20 minutes walk from the A/C. We're looking for at least a one year commitment.
