Huge Room for rent in EAST VILLAGE

Hello everyone. I am looking to sublet my room from January until May since I am moving out of New York. The move in date is flexible and could be earlier. The room is a HUGE ROOM in the East Village, with a lot of natural light and a walk-in closet. It can come furnished or unfurnished. Price for furnished can be discussed.

The rest of the house comes fully furnished. The common area has two couches, a huge TV and a dining table. The kitchen is fully renovated and has microwave and dishwasher. There is laundry in the apartment, at the basement.

The apartment is available to view at any time upon request.

Price: $1750 (utilities are included)

About the roommates: they are 3 professional guys in their mid to late twenties. One of them is a consultant, so he is away from Monday to Friday. The other two work in the city. They are very clean respectful and easy going.

Looking for 1 roommate (male or female), preferably a professional. Must be clean and organized.
