Huge room available in Bedstuy Brooklyn (good for someone thats works evenings/nights)

We are a couple in our 30's and we have a huge room for rent with high Ceilings available May 1st.
It has 2 large windows,a large sized closet and a ceiling fan.

Rent is $875.00 per month plus utilities(internet-electricity-gas)

The room is very private.

I am recording engineer/mixer/producer/musician and I work from home most of the time but sometimes I am away,on the road or in the studio.
I have my Studio setup and theres music playing everyday or recording if I am home.

Her:She is a translator,housekeeper/nurse and she works from home sometimes as well.

I have guests/clients(sometimes).
The room is big enough to fit a bed,a table and a couch.We share bathroom and kitchen.

You must like CATS,we have a huge norwegian forest cat that won't be in your room at all.

NO more pets please!

We are looking for someone month to month and if the vibe is there it could be a long term situation.Its very important that you pay rent on time(first means first) and that you have a full time JOB afternoons/night or be a full time STUDENT.

We go to bed late,so if you have a Job that starts afternoons/night time thats perfect.

No Junkies,No massive alcoholics,No GF/BF staying over all the time.

Common sense and consideration is required,drama free.

The apartment is located 2 blocks from the Halsey J Train stop or 7 blocks from the C train at Ralph.There is a Dunkin Donuts,a Rite Aid and a Coffee Shop in front of the apartment.
The Laundromat is one block away.

RENT is $875.00 per month plus utilities(electric-gas-high speed internet)which is about $100-$110 per month.

To move in you will need 1 month rent and 1 month deposits plus 1 month utilities $100.

So $1850.00 gets you in.
