Huge bedroom in the heart of Wiliamsburg (right off the Lorimer L train stop)

Hi! One of our roommates is moving out of our huge 4 bed / 2.5 bath duplex apartment so we're looking to fill his room. Move in is August 1, preferably we would want someone who wants to sign on for the full year lease.

The apartment has a ton of huge windows and natural light. We have a washer/dryer in unit, dishwasher, and each room has their own central air / heating unit. You would be sharing a bathroom with one of the current roommates. We also have a massive rooftop that we share with another unit in the building (there are only 2 apartments in our building).

Current roommates are young professionals in their mid-to-late 20s who work full time outside the apartment. Looking for someone who is generally clean, would be respectful of the common spaces / noise levels on weeknights, employed full time, friendly and easy going.
