We are currently 2 french roomates looking to rent one of the bedroom in our Apt, there is 4 bedroom and 1.5 bathroom, private backyard with bbq, the room has a large closet with mirror and a fireplace, we can also keep the current furnitures or remove it (bed+desk+coffee table)
Utilities (internet+electricity) are around 70$/month

The neighborhood is quiet and safe, with everything around (laundry,liquor store,supermarket,target,central park...)

The closest subway station is 30 second away (4,5,6 line)
and will bring you to Grand central 42st in less than 20 min and to soho in less than 35 min
